About EVS35

The International Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exhibition (EVS) is the largest global conference on E-mobility, gathering all types of EV-related businesses including EV supply equipment (EVSE) manufacturers, charge point operators (CPO), mobility operators (MO), as well as researchers and policymakers. The event attracts over 10,000 visitors and 300 exhibitors worldwide.

In 2022, the 35th annual EVS took place in Oslo, Norway between June 11 and 15.

AUTOCRYPT's Role

AUTOCRYPT exhibited at the EVS35 as a member of CharIN, where it introduced its new EV information and charging solutions kit EVIQ, which contains the following offerings:

  • AutoCrypt PnC, a PKI-based authentication system for the Plug&Charge process
  • CSMS, a charging station management system for charge point operators
  • A charger information app that provides real-time information detailing the locations, availability, and types of chargers, as well as prices
  • Level 1 home and portable chargers for mass deployment at low costs

AUTOCRYPT is also actively involved in the development of V2G (vehicle-to-grid) solutions, a crucial technology for bidirectional charging.

Also at the event, AUTOCRYPT’s Head of Security Validation Jonghyuk Song presented AUTOCRYPT’s proprietary Security Testing Framework for EV Charging Environments (STEVE), a streamlined process for cybersecurity during EV charging.
